Q：Does the needle hurt?
A: The needles used are very thin, about the size of a hair, but some people feel a pricking sensation. In addition to the tingling pain, there is something called "hibiki". Depending on the person, there are various feelings such as "heavy", "sluggish", and "electricity", and this is also evidence that acupuncture is working on the body. Please rest assured that we are proceeding with treatment while monitoring the situation.
Q: Is the "beam" safe?
A: At our hospital, we use “disposable acupuncture” (disposable acupuncture) to perform clean and safe acupuncture treatments.
Q: Does it leave marks?
A: In rare cases, small subcutaneous bleeding may occur with acupuncture, but this is a normal reaction of the body. For some people, the scars disappear within a few days to two weeks. Also, moxa is not placed directly on the skin during moxibustion, so no scars remain. In rare cases, a small redness may remain, but it will disappear in a few days.
Q: How many times should I go to get better?
A: It depends on the case, so I can't generalize. You may get results with just one treatment, but on average you will see results after 3 to 5 treatments. In general, it tends to take longer for those who are suffering from symptoms due to constitution, aging, and long-term symptoms.In the beginning, if you can come within a week, you will be able to prevent your body from returning and you will be able to feel the effect more.
